Panmure Bridge School got the opportunity to travel to the Museum! Our teachers, Mrs Anderson organized our Museum trip while Mrs Fisi’iahi organized the first aid. We also went to the Museum to finish our topic of Volcanoes. In one of the rooms we went in it had a cool volcano effect. The room had a cool little volcano and it had different types of volcanic rocks that came out of the volcano once it erupted. Our group had to make wise choices so they could stay safe in the event they were evacuated. We had 30 seconds to decide what to pack if there was a volcanic eruption near us.
Something I found interesting was that in the Museum, there was a section in the Musuem and it was dedicated to the soldiers who lost their lives in World War I, featuring a Roll of Honour with names engraved on marble slabs and hand-written in leather-bound books and they would flip a page each day with every sinlge soldier who fought for our land.
